Education Research

The impact of eConsult on each of the five domains of the quintuple aim for health care improvement (i.e., enhancing population health, improving provider experience, improving patient experience, reducing system costs, and advancing health equity (Nundy et al. 2022)) is tracked and measured through evaluation activities. The continued adoption and meaningful use of the eConsult digital health tool is evaluated over time, and results are disseminated in a concise, cohesive, and engaging manner to various stakeholders to increase dialogue and awareness of the eConsult program. Dissemination materials include infographics, research posters & presentations, slide decks, use of social media and website, data visualization through dashboards, and evidence briefs.
